TERM AND CONDITION 

I. DELIVERY AND PAYMENT TERMS:

 

    Currently the payment modality through credit cards shall not be applied and Our premium ball cap factory only use the payment methods as below:

 

    A. Deposit before production:

  - After you approve samples, please make deposit 50% before we proceed the mass production for your order.
   When received the order form, we will send Email back for confirmation, then send you Proforma Invoice, and waiting for your payment. When payment is completed, you simply notify us by replying email, or fax the bank slip copy to our accounting department, we will expedite to produce for you.

 

    B. Payment before delivery:

    - Delivery address can different from the address will send the payment. 

    - You will be asked to pay 50% balance by T/T or Paypal, Visa card.... before send the goods to the HCM port. 

    - When payment is completed, you simply notify us by replying email, or fax the bank slip copy to our accounting department, we will deliver the goods to the HCM port for you.

 

    C. Delayed payment:

    - We also apply the periodic payment after getting full documents like B/L copy,.....with a previous special agreement with us. Please contact us prior to place an order.

 

    D. Payment by T/T or by PAYPAL:

    E. Delivery time:

      - Producing time bases on the order quantity. Normally it takes around 9 days for order 500 pcs counting from the date our accountant getting the deposit from customer. For other quantity larger, contacting us to give you best delivery days.

II. SAMPLE SET UP CHARGES:

​

     - Making completed cap samples, the charge is 5 usd per piece. This charge will be refunded once you place an order MOQ 500 pcs

     - Embroidery digitising logos for sample, the cost is 20 usd. This charge will be refunded once you place an order MOQ 500 pcs.

     - Printing films for sample, the charge is 15 usd per film. This charge will be refunded once you place an order MOQ 1,000 pcs.

     - Please noted that we will not make samples for woven label, poly label, hang tag, sticker or hologram. These items require the MOQ 1,000 pcs per design.

    - Sample time is from 4 to 7 days depends on each style.
